Ventilation
Tetra-Turbo System (4 turbo-rotors per zone) or Bi-Turbo System (2 turbo-rotors per zone) that simultaneously with injectors assure a homogenous, continuous and balanced distribution of the airflow over the entire fabric width, resulting on the improovement of the final aspects and characteristis of the finished fabric. The sum of these factors result in higher volume of airflow within the same area.
The adjusts of speed of the hot air jets are driven by electric-electronic system with alternate current motors and speed variation by frequency inverters, comanded by PLC. All of this result not only in thermal energy saving, but a considerable electric energy saving, attending to the treatment of all kinds of fabrics with the ideal ventilation to each article.
Zones - with 4,0 m long.
Structure - in steel with phosphates treatment and aluminum painting to high resistance and durability.
Heating - gas (LPG or natural), Thermo Oil or Saturated steam.
Exhaustion - Internal pipes, galvanized slab made.
Thermo Isolation - Made by panels and silicone seal totalizing a thickness of 150 mm, making this way an optimum and efficient hermetic closing contributing to improve the ambient conditions and thermo energy save. Isolating covering: 99,7%
Widht Adjust - Easily adjusted by motor-reducer driven scrow. This adjust can be controlled by the PLC in function of the processes variation of each article.
Active Ante-Chambers - on the entrance and exit of the fabric with fresh air pre-heating and ventilation system on the fabric. Means increaseof the total chamber lenght in 2 meters.
